Team at the 2010 Blaine Breakout Tourney
Well the season is over and I couldn't be more proud of how our girls did this summer. They moved to a much tougher division this year and competed hard in every game, we were never out of a game and that's all a coach can ask for. I am already looking forward to next summer season, but will now just enjoy watching most of "my girls" play school soccer.
Thanks to the Girls for working hard, continue to work on your skills on your own and we'll be even more dangerous next season! I'll miss seeing you twice a week... Thanks to the parents for being supportive of the girls and of me, Dave and Bruce.
Coach Tony
The Girls did great in taking 2nd place at Maplebrook. We didn't yield a goal in any of the 4 games we played and lost a heartbreaker in a shootout in the Championship game. Great work Girls!
The Girls did great this past weekend going 2-1-1 and only giving up one goal. That one goal was on the wrong end of a 0-1 playoff loss 1 game away from the Championship - still a great effort at a tough tourney!
